Mother and Baby

Yoga builds physical and emotional contact between parents, babies and young children and promotes joy in family life.
The Mother and Baby yoga classes cover postnatal recovery yoga for healing and vitality; asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation and deep relaxation with babies for each developmental stage during the early years.
