Pre-natal Yoga & Relaxation

Pregnancy is a time of life when yoga can support you both physically and emotionally. It helps to keep you supple, relieve stress and anxiety, whilst boosting your energy levels.

Yoga2shape Pre-natal Yoga and Relaxation allows mums-to-be to take some precious time to gently move and stretch, learn breathing techniques to help manage pain, use sound and visualisation to bond with the growing baby, and guided relaxation to create some delicious moments of peace.
